Chef Lise Jaeger

Chef Lise Jaeger is graduate of Johnson & Wales University’s culinary school. After working in several restaurants and catering companies, she ventured out on her own catering company, Chef for Hire.

Meeting with each client she develops a “palette specific” menu to meet eager eater’s needs. Creating beautiful food in the warmth of her client’s homes has become a showcase to feature a fine dining experience. This unique catering service uses fresh whole foods with innovative and classic techniques to create scrumptious cuisine with a healthy reward. Simply put, this food is made and served with integrity, passion and love. 

Be it dinner for two or a party of seventy, each event is treated with the utmost care. Chef Lise draws her inspiration from her extensive travels and many geographical cuisines, Central America, France, Thailand, and Mediterranean countries spotlight her food on an international level.

Passing on her knowledge as a teacher is another talent that fuels her creativity, creating cooking classes and curriculum to teach kids, college students and adults to instill the art of good food. 

Now celebrating 20 years in business, she continues to create delightful food to woo her guests.
